Slice the garlic and this make a great base for salad dressimg and glazes, great on veggies, meats, fish, everything. Including just mixed into pasta.

Honey doesnt have micro organisms because it kills almost all micro organisms including probiotic organisms that help for fermentation. ....microwave the honey of u want, won't loose anything

ya know how you can peal garlic real fast. Put the garlic into a large pot with a metal lid and shake the garlic back and forth as vigorously as you can for as long as you can, maybe a minute. Then check, you will have maybe 90% all pealed. try it, it is fast and easy

We've been using garlic/honey/cayenne syrup as a cold/sore throat treatment in our family for as long as I can remember, and it's really good drizzled on pizza, garlic cheese bread, soft pretzels, and in cheese dips.

If you ever find the time you should do Saure Bohnen (or suur bonne how they are called in my part of Germany). You take green beans, loads of salt and you pack them into the jar, going one level of beans covered with salt, pack it down, follow up with beans and salt until the jar is almost filled (leave some head space) packing down after each layer of salt. Let it ferment for a few weeks. For cooking water the beans a bit to get some of the salt out. Then fry them with some Speck/bacon and mash in some cooked potatoes. I love to cook that with my grandma and it tastes amazing!

Hey Brad, the garlic honey was of course delicious. Have you tried fresh chilies halved and fermented in honey? Delightful! Use over wings, prawns, pizza, in a marinade. It even works in vodka cocktails.

what can you eat this for? can you use it for cooking? I mean I keep a jar of garlic and oil at home and use it for cooking (makes the oil much more aromatic and gives a kick of taste to it) but what does this one do?

Mr. Leone's commentary on garlic is excellent: the powerful anti -bacterial, anti- fungal and anticancer effects of garlic is explained well by Mr. Leone- the key is it has to be raw, and consumed soon after the crushing -if consumed the way Mr. Leone explains it has the ability to literally wipe out bad bacteria, fungus, and many researchers believe cancers too--- he is correct in explaining that the key compound that garlic can create if crushed is indeed "allicin", however, even if raw, BEFORE you crush up a clove of garlic the allicin does not exist. As soon as you slice into it, or start crushing it, two key compounds (an amino acid, and an enzyme called "allinase") mix together and form that third compound he mentions called "allicin". ALLICIN SURVIVES FOR JUST A FEW HOURS and during that time it is massively potent at killing bacteria and infections. ONCE YOU COOK IT, or if you leave the raw garlic uneaten for too many hours (more than 2 hours) , THE ALLICIN turns into something else and these powerful effects are gone too.

I worked in a Honey Production Manufacturer for 4yrs Organic Honey = Bees hives & Flowers are in a huge White Breathable Tent. Mixed Blossom, Manuka Honey, Red Cedar etc = Bees can feed on any flowers If you see Honey with Omega, Antioxidants etc = it’s Not Possible. Steps: 🍯 1: Honey comes directly from Bee keepers 🍯 2: honey gets poured into the jars & bottles - some honey gets mixed a lot to have a Creamy texture 🍯 3: they get labeled, packed then shipped. There is no point that extra things get added to the honey at all. I use honey in my 100% Natural Body Products & in my Soaps + I use the Beeswax in Skincare and Candles. Homebrand, Cheap Brand honey is NO DIFFERENT to the expensive honey, the honey jars, squeeze bottles etc that go on the production line and have a Label not on right or safety seal not on right or the cap doesn’t seal properly under the capper all get drained into a barrel then they get poured into the cheaper bottles, jars etc.

Ferry Mulia I wouldn’t and I’d make a new one and make sure the lid on the jar is tight on there before you let it sit. And then just do what brad says when he mentions “burping” it to loosen the gas in the jar so it doesn’t explode since the lid has to be right on there.
