Its because no matter your armor even the void can't kill u when u have resistance 5 any damage goes to 0 so he is unkillable until it runs out or til he runs out of those apples

3:34 -95 attack speed is a really fast attack speed. To understand how fast it is you have to know that a player have 3 attack speed witch mean 0.3s to reaload his attack. When sb creat a custom weapon with command, the attack speed that is write on this new item have to be additionate with the player one (that's not true for not modified stuff where minecraft does the calcul for you) witch mean that if we want the player to can hit every 0.1 second for exemple we need to put the attack speed to -2 cause 3+(-2)=1. If we take the exemple here you have 3+(-95)=-92 attack speed witch mean you can hit every -9.2sec (but it's physicly impossible soo it's like if you can hit every 0sec)

bionic if you get resistance 5 or up your invincible so don't even worry about anything (only worry for void and /kill) that's why liger couldn't die even without armor because resistance 1 = 20% damage reduction so resistance 5 = 100% damage reduction so resistance 10 = 200% damage reduction witch is overkill you just need resistance 5 and your good (ofc expect for void and /kill)
