If this is Jacoby's last game, I want to thank him for all he's done for us this year. For playing his heart out every single week and putting us in a position to be much better than our record is. Our record is in no way a reflection of how well you played this year. You exceeded every Browns fans expectations and we can't thank you enough
@My Life Is A Lie ru nuts. He put us in position to win against ATL, Buff, Chargers and Jets. We realistically could've won all of those games, or at worst split. Defense and special teams were the reason we were terrible. We had a top ten offense with him at QB.
@Sam Cocherl that block was the highlight of the season for me. Then he looked like it was no big deal lol. I hope we can keep him and pay him accordingly. If he's not gonna get the chance to start anywhere else, hopefully he stays.
He played out of his mind this year. His heart is unmatched! On that end around, he was the lead block and smoked Winfield to give Schwartz the TD......he's a beast
Man between Jacoby Brissette and Gino Smith…I mean both these guys bought themselves another 5 years in the league. Good for them!!!! And they’ve both seemed to have figured out how to be a successful QB. I can’t think of any other QB’s that “reinvented” themselves into success…
As a Browns fan, I will say this until the end of time - pay Chubb whatever he wants. He is a key component to our offense and honestly, I feel like to the team. I hope he stays a Brown and the coaching staff realizes to utilize him more than they already do. Good win Brownies
@Prince Blake used to be? I find it so gross and far from wholesome when someone just stops being a fan of a team and switches lol. Pick a team and follow it for life.
we also NEED to keep KEEM as well because nobody in the league can contend with a team with a number 2 top 10 tailbacks on our squad. Having Watson with them out there it will elementary (pun intended).
@Kelly Metcalf Yeah, but is that how you want the team to win, if in fact it has to do directly with his performance? I like Chubb, I like the ground game. I like the Browns. I do want to make that clear, though I live on the other side of the state. I want to see them do better, and while I am mor3e of a Bengals fan, I root for them every time they aren't playing against the Bengals. I just also realize how hard the fans have had it, and as good as chubb has been, and some other running backs, they just aren't what they used to be. Chubb is rather 1 dimensional and once you limit his production or touches the team tends to fall apart. We aren't talking about regular season meaningless wins, we are talking the kinds of wins against the better teams and while I do love the win they had over the stealers in the playoffs a while ago that is an outlier game. There simply isn't a team able to take over every game by handing it off to one running back anymore. I wouldn't say he is much better than Travis Henry and look at how the Bengals contained him last game. Without a dynamic offence making plays it don't matter if you had Marcus Allen back there.
My father is the biggest Browns fan of all time. (As am I) I just found out last night that he passed away from a sudden heart attack. I’ve never felt hurt like this before. This was a great win and it really felt like my dad had something to do with it. The Browns did what they are never able to do, finish a game in the tightest circumstances. I love you forever Dad and Go Browns.
Absolutely, he would have been stressed through the whole thing like we all were but man he would have been happy at the end. Thank you for the thoughtful comment.
Chubb ended this the only acceptable way. He is the heart and soul of this team. And brisset showed tremendous heart this whole year. Can’t knock the guy for that.
Knock Brisset? Why would anyone do that? The dude has done way better then Mayfield ever could. Also yes he has made mistakes but the guy was or is a back up. Honestly he started getting even better toward the end. Yes he had terrible interceptions some games but honestly I"m so impressed with how he has played as a starter from a back up.
I love the highlights of every game, they are amazing. My only comment is that I live in Dubai and I normally see the highlights when I wake up on Monday morning without knowing the scores. Before it used to be almost like watching the game going through that roller coaster of emotions, however as of this year the initial graphic of the video is giving away who won the game which is something that it didnt use to be. Know you know if like in this video the running back has the ball and its being chase, that means that team won. If you can please review that and change it would be amazing.
Brissett is a champ. Appreciate him taking over these past few weeks. Also, laying down a helluva block at 0:50 to clear the way for the TD. Imagine getting sat down by the QB LOL
By what standard is he not receiving enough respect? The waitress at your local Chili's is probably not receiving enough respect. Professional football players get more respect than they would ever deserve.
@Edward Gaines that's dope man, i was down in section 110 row 2 and it was pretty cool weather, not freezing though. I'm a buccaneers fan, this was my first real nfl game, and even though we lost i have gained a ton of respect for Cleveland and the browns as a team/franchise/fanbase. nick chubb is a beast and i assume you're a browns fan so, gg!
@Lincoln Chiller I was in the nosebleeds, section 541, with my back to Lake Erie near the harbors. That wind was killing me! It was not 60 degrees, my guy!
idk man, ive come to accept both the falcons and ravens game as genuine earned losses. but yeah brissett did great.. ill miss his slow motion runs for 13 yards
@Joel Valdez * His defense wins him sbs, as well as Tuck rule, Malcolm Butler and and cheating as well. Oh and let's not forget Carolina kicking the ball ob to give Brady the easiest sb winning drive ever lol, or having the luckiest playoffs run, with the saints having a bad game at a bad time, the defense carrying against Rodgers, and Mahomes having his o line injured. Brady is a fraud lol.
They finally found a way to make Schwartz do something, because he drops every ball he is thrown. Nice to see Myles play all game, but Chub is the super star. I think the browns should keep Brissett. Great win guys!
:50 Jacoby Brissett blocking downfield for Schwartz, he's a quarterback, team player and leader. Thrilled he went out with a win, his heart was on display today. Thanks for the way you stepped up, I hope Watson is half the man Jacoby has shown us this year.
I can't believe I wondered whether signing Njoku to an extension in the offseason was the right move. Now I can't imagine ever letting him go somewhere else.
As a Cleveland Browns fan thank you Cleveland for getting this victory!! We needed it bad and I hope we can win out the rest of the season with Deshaun Watson!!
As a Patriots fan, I would also like to thank the Browns for winning. We all know every time they lose the void underneath Ohio grows larger, and if it gets much bigger we'll all be goners. #PrayingForOhio
@Brandon Welday have u seen how bad our corners have played this year? Ward is always hurt and when he's not he's not worth anywhere near his contract. I think Newsome is probably our best one but Emerson has the chance to be a really good one. Had shown a lot as a rookie IMO.
@Snicklefritz79 he's very talented. But I don't think he is the best on our team. Make him a slot corner, or safety. His man-to-man is very questionable.
Chubb is amazing. He's a tank but he jukes db's instead of trying to plow through unless necessary. He's got the athleticism to match. A tank with those moves is very rare.
So happy to see they win one they work so hard finally things came their way for them and the fans okay guys let's turn the beat around go Browns maybe somebody needs to turf to field more often
@hagamapama jacoby is gonna get paid but I bet money he’s not gonna do as well as he did in cle. Even tho everyone loves to hate stefanski it’s the system that made jacoby look good it was the system that made baker look decent
Brissett did his job. This team has struggled, but not really at quarterback. He did fine and put the team in a position to win far more often than not, which is the job of a guy like Brissett. Quite frankly if I'm a team like Atlanta or Carolina right now I'm looking at what JB7 did and thinking very hard.
My favorite part is when the slow motion replay of Cooper dropping the pass at 9:28 is cut off right before showing the most important part. This editing team is awesome
Right! Two games now we should have won to be ahead of the bucs but thank God bucs lost the last two also. I'm in a weird predicament I've lived right outside of Tampa my whole life but that's going to die hard Falcon fan since Vicks rookie season. Hell he was the reason I really even got into football. Just hope Marcus can develop more into a dynamic rushing and passing QB like Vick was.. ofc he'll never be as great but still we've needed a QB like that for a few years now.
What an interesting race by both teams. It was a dreamy win by Browns. First they took the game into OT and then they scored a TD at the last minute of that OV. It was really fantastic to watch. Congrats Cleveland.
@DJ JDB there are several instances where an athlete has a contract and chooses to retire. I'd he plays till 2024, good to him, but I think he'll be gone if they don't make it to the playoffs
The Browns exceeded my expectations! Picked the Bucs in my pool, happily took the loss!! Great Win over Mr. Michigan!!!! Needed that after The Collapse on Saturday!
Thank you Jacoby for everything. Being a browns fan, watching this was a miracle and a blessing. Letting Jacoby ball out his last game is so great to see. I hope that Stefanski runs the ball more, and does not get overwhelmed with Deshaun coming in.
it's a shame that you don't see many screens, end arounds, reverses and flea flickers much anymore. incorporating the tight end into the offense is great for redzone and possession play
As a Vikings fan from the early-mid 80's I feel like what I am about to say could be applied to them: The Browns have a lot of potential and really good players; they just can't always wrap it up. I've been saying this about both teams, ironically, since the mid 80's too! HAH!
Nick Cubb reminds me of Thurman Thomas. Cleveland has some good things going for them. If they could just put it together every week, they might make the playoffs
Losses to Browns, Panthers and weak Steelers team. This has been a completely embarrassing season. Disgusting effort, lack of hunger and not seeing a will to win from many players on this Bucs team.
CLE gets a much needed win in the game of the day so far. I'm happy for their fans who have something to cheer for this week since it's been rough. As for TB, well it's getting closer and closer to the beautiful and much needed retirement for Brady. Congrats on the win CLE 💪.
@bingus enjoyer Wrong. Tom Brady is top 5 in the league in passing yards he’s doing just fine. He won’t stay with Tampa after this year though so expect him to leave unless they win. They are still leading the division lol.
The Browns needed this win so bad!!! It's not too late, I hope their season turns around and start the winning streak when D. Watson comes back next week!!! GO BROWNS!!!!
Nick Chubb is the fire that the browns offense needs to utilize more, amazing effort. Also Shoutout Jacoby for stepping up and playing quality football the last 12 weeks 🙏🏽
I was really losing hope in my BROWNIES but today a spark lit up I’m glad they won today they showed heart it was definitely a nail biter -typical Cleveland fashion 😅- but we got the Texans next week hopefully we advance to (5-7) go BROWNIES !!!
Amen!!Repent of your sins and turn to Jesus today!! Glory be to Father God almighty!! Believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and God raised him from the dead 3 days later!! Amen!! John 3:16:17 Romans 10:9-14 James 4:7 Ephesians 2:8 Ephesians 4:29-32 Psalm 23(whole chapter) 1 John 1:9 John 10:30 1 John 5:7 Psalm 119:114 John 14:23.
It was also crucial. It was one of the few real chunk plays the Browns managed all game. Props to #7 for getting himself downfield and stayiing in the play
@Navaros Even if I was a die hard fan, obsessed with the Browns down to the point where I know what color tooth brush each player use, I still think Bucs should've won🏆
As a browns fan, i just want to say thank you to jacoby brissett for coming into this season and playing above expectations. If it werent for the defense and Joe Woods being absolutely inept at what they do,this team may actually be at least 6-5 ,if not better to this point.
I've been watching football for 40+ years and few times have I been as absolutely mystified by a play as I was with Bowles not calling a time out and losing 13 seconds when you only had 39 to start with and just needed a FG The fact TB didn't call one tells me this is what Bowles wanted...and Brady in that case needs to ignore that fool
This is a good year for the NFL. I have a few complaints. I played football for most of my youth (age 10-19). Why do they allow a player who makes a TD or any good play, run into end zone and has 5-20 players run with him stand, cross their arms or go through some choreographed nonsense, all for the camera as if they all scored? That's delay of the game. Yet they flag a player for taunting when he makes gestures to a player who was trailing him? It all began with Billy "white shoe's" Johnson, who simply did a dance with his knees. Secondly, why do they allow QBs to run but if they are hit close to the out of bounds line or if they slide and are hit halfway down, out comes the flag. You see more QBs fake the slide to gain more yards? Why do they even wear pads? It's a physical game!! And WTF is this stacking the entire offence behind a runner and push him 7-10 yds or TD? It looks like Rugby.
going to this game in person as a browns fan, tremendous experience I remember how loud the stadium erupted when David Njoku made the 4th down catch for a td with like 10 seconds left.Overall, tremendous experience 10/10 Edit:Fixing grammar
Good game Cleveland Browns I miss those chants of coop from the Cowboy fans you guys have a good team and you got a really good receiver from my favorite team good luck to you this year and the future
Remembered Brissect when he was in New England and started a couple of games during Brady's suspension in 2016. Is Tampa playing the 49ers this year, I want to see Brady vs Jimmy G! Nice to see him get a win against his former teammate here if Jacob leaves he went out with a bang!
I feel like I've seen more 3 -point attempts this season than in recent memory (A large number of teams really struggling in the Red Zone with poor play calling.)
